Mental Health Therapy

Are you at a crossroads, and trying to figure out how to move forward?

Are depression, anxiety, or bouts of panic and despair making life feel foggy?

Are your own life experiences, combined with the current state of the world, making it difficult to experience joy and find meaning?

Do you have a stubborn belief that life can be more vibrant, authentic and connected with others?

You are not in this alone.

How might therapy help?

In our work together, we will make sense of the pains and pleasures of your life.

We will grow your capacity to experience the physical and emotional highs and lows without getting knocked off course.

We will discover the boundaries you need to protect your inner light, and what practices and connections will help it burn brighter.

Together we will explore the crossroads you are traversing, and both discern next steps for the future, and find meaning and joy in the present.

Whether you feel totally ready to dive in to this work, or hesitant but curious-

please reach out. We'd love to hear from you.
