Morning Mindfulness

In every day life, lovingly holding space for ourselves can be surprisingly difficult.

Many of us desire to slow down and tend to our inner life, but find it hard to do by ourselves.

​

Our Morning Mindfulness group offers time to:

​

  • Experience moments of quiet and stillness so you can touch into your inner life

  • Listen, contemplate and respond to curated poetry/readings

  • Practice grounding exercises and journaling

​
